Software installation

Either on-site in case hardware is in your premises, or remotely in case of a cloud deployment.

This installation includes deployment of selected GOSMIC products on selected hardware infrastructure. You are then ready to configure and customize the products for your mission.

Training

A dedicated training session for each product will take place on-site and performed on the deployed IT Platform. Practice exercises are prepared in order to simulate situations as close as possible to operational conditions.

Training sessions duration are adapted for each GOSMIC product.

Technical support

A day-counting support of our ground segment experts will allow to start products configuration and customization with your technical team.
